By The Sea Web Design does not host sites. I can assist you in setting up your account and suggest some inexpensive companies. Here are a few:

islandnet.com (great customer service, but a little more expensive)

There are so many companies out there, it is best to check around yourself. When possible, it is best to register your domain with the same company that will host your site (only if the price is right). By the Sea Web Design is here to help you.
